Service Terms
Effective date: August 25, 2026
These terms apply to requests submitted through Showcase Elite Media's website. A website request creates a media-job request; it does not guarantee that the requested appointment time has been accepted.
Scheduling and availability
Dates and times submitted online are preferences until Showcase Elite Media confirms availability. If a requested time conflicts with an existing appointment or cannot be accommodated, an alternative time may be proposed.
Scope and pricing
Website pricing reflects the standard service menu. Property size, travel, unusual access, expanded coverage, rush requests, additional editing or other custom scope may require a revised quote before the work is performed.
Property access and readiness
The person booking the service is responsible for providing accurate property information, lawful access instructions and any on-site details reasonably needed to complete the requested media work. Delays caused by inaccessible or unprepared areas may affect the scope or schedule.
Payments and invoices
When online payment or invoicing is available, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Payment timing, amount and due date are shown on the Stripe-hosted checkout or invoice page associated with the media job.
Changes, rescheduling and cancellation
Requests to change, reschedule or cancel a job should be made as early as practical. Availability for a new time is not guaranteed. Any fee or adjustment that may apply to a specific job will be communicated before it is charged.
Media use
Media is produced for the agreed real-estate marketing purpose. Any special licensing, third-party use, resale, commercial advertising use beyond the original project, or transfer of deliverables should be discussed with Showcase Elite Media before use when applicable.
Third-party platforms
Showcase Elite Media may prepare media for MLS, Zillow, social platforms and other marketing channels, but third-party platform acceptance, processing, display, availability and policies are outside Showcase Elite Media's control.
